Dispatch Ops Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch field technicians
- Actively work to provide solutions for any logistical issues, equipment delays or urgent timelines
- Receive service / install requests from our sales team and client services
- Communicate job details, directions, and any special instructions to third party service providers.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to customers regarding estimated arrival times and required follow-up visits.
- Provide bi-weekly updates and maintain the weekly Dispatch Report
- Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise
- Inspect all machine shipments
- Working with our Technical Service Department to identify potential refurbishments
- Maintain accurate records of refurbished equipment and incoming/outgoing inventory
Dispatch Ops Coordinator Qualifications:
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
- Occasionally assist in lifting, moving, and/or carrying coffee equipment
- A self-starter, a quick learner, and will have the ability to efficiently manage various responsibilities
- Technical acumen or desire to learn
- Experience with Microsoft/Google Suite
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
