Facilities Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00am )
- Perform general building maintenance including painting, minor plumbing, repairs, and light replacements.
- Set up and relocate workstations, offices, and meeting rooms across the facility.
- Maintain building grounds by removing trash, debris, and ensuring a clean appearance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support facility projects and daily operations.
- Respond to facility requests, troubleshoot issues, and help keep operations running smoothly.
Facilities Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or building services experience is required.
- Basic computer skills needed, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform hands-on repair work.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; must pass pre-employment screening requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
