• Third Shift (Monday through Saturday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Night Shift Production Machine Monitor to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our production lines during the night shift.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Continuously monitor assigned production machinery to ensure correct and efficient operation, promptly identifying any deviations from standard performance.

* Proactively address minor machine malfunctions, stoppages, or inconsistencies, performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments as necessary to restore production flow.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.

**Work Environment & Physical Requirements:**

*This position operates in an indoor production facility that is not climate-controlled.

*Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to 12 hours, during an 8.5-hour shift.

* Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks and reacting quickly to machine alerts or operational changes.

* Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots.* Dress code: Jeans and a shirt.

**Additional Requirements:**

* Successful completion of a background check is required for this position.

**Schedule** Monday - Saturday**

*10:00 PM -6:30 AM (Night Shift)
