• *Job Summary:**We are seeking a dedicated and skilled  CNC Lathe & Mill Operator to join our night shift team. This position is responsible for the efficient operation of various CNC milling and turning machines, ensuring the production of high-quality parts that meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining production standards in a manufacturing environment. :*** Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of CNC lathes and mills to perform machining operations according to production schedules and blueprints.* Load and unload raw materials and machined parts from the machines safely and efficiently.* Conduct thorough in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure adherence to quality standards.* Identify and troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions, making necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and machine efficiency.* Achieve established production rates and maintain consistent output.* Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and checking fluid levels.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.* Accurately complete production logs, quality control documentation, and other required paperwork.
