Weaving & Warping Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
23.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00pm to06:00pm )
- Operate and monitor warping and weaving equipment.
- Set machine parameters and perform machine changeovers.
- Load and unload yarn packages, beams, and finished rolls.
- Inspect products for quality and record production data.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support equipment repairs.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (training available).
Weaving & Warping Operator Qualifications:
- Previous weaving, warping, textile manufacturing, or related machine operating experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
- Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule in a manufacturing environment Additional requirements:
