Warper and Weaver Operator
We are currently hiring Warping and Weaving Plant Operators for a leading advanced manufacturing company specializing in high-performance textile products. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term career growth with a stable and innovative manufacturer. Available Shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Training on day shift required for night shift employees.

Warper and Weaver Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
23.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00pm to06:00pm )
- Operate and monitor warping and weaving equipment.
- Set machine parameters and perform machine changeovers.
- Load and unload yarn packages, beams, and finished rolls.
- Inspect products for quality and record production data.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support equipment repairs.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (training available).
Warper and Weaver Operator Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access requirements.
- Must pass a math assessment with a score of 70% or higher.
- Manufacturing, textile, machine operator, or industrial production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
