Facilities Technician Weekend
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Temporary Facilities Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of our facility during weekends and holidays. This critical role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for all occupants.

Facilities Technician Weekend Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Weekend Shift ( Saturday throughSunday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform routine facility cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and sanitizing various surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, water fountains, floors, walls, windows, doors, and fixtures, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Conduct temperature inspections to ensure furnaces operate within required limits.
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas and parking lots.
- Monitor and manage cleaning and maintenance supply inventory, placing orders as required.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment as assigned.
- Report larger maintenance issues to the supervisor and perform minor repairs, such as unclogging toilets.
Facilities Technician Weekend Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively.
- Experience with hand tools.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading.
- Prior experience in inventory control preferred.
- Janitorial Experience
- General maintenance or building upkeep experience preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
