1st Shift Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble and produce parts following work instructions and production standards
- Operate basic machinery and use hand tools to complete tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues
1st Shift Production Associate Qualifications:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
