Experienced Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IBG Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment within the Integrated Business Group (IBG), ensuring the efficient assembly and production of quality components. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to read technical documentation and use various hand and power tools.

• Operate production machinery and equipment on third shift
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges,
• Perform assembly and production tasks using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools
• Conduct fabrication activities, such as welding, soldering, machining, and part modification, when required.
• Inspect finished products and components to verify quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with routine machine maintenance.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
