Experienced Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00pm to07:00am )
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IBG Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment within the Integrated Business Group (IBG), ensuring the efficient assembly and production of quality components. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to read technical documentation and use various hand and power tools.
- Operate production machinery and equipment on third shift
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges,
- Perform assembly and production tasks using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools
- Conduct fabrication activities, such as welding, soldering, machining, and part modification, when required.
- Inspect finished products and components to verify quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with routine machine maintenance.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
Experienced Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, machining, welding, soldering, or a related production environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Train on first shift for roughly 6 weeks before moving to thirds
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
