Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform essential production line tasks, including assembly, loading, unloading, and material handling.
- Conduct basic quality checks on products and components, identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to supervision.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent climbing, including ladders and stairs, and comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating machinery and handling components.
- Must have proven experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing or industrial role.
