seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management and dispatch experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse Admin Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Support daily warehouse operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Schedule and dispatch shipments while communicating effectively with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
- Process purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and other warehouse documentation.
- Support receiving and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues.
Warehouse Admin Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse administration experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of dispatch or transportation coordination experience required.
- OSS Software system experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
