Maintenance professional needed to handle building repairs, inspections, and HVAC system upkeep

Maintenance-HVAC Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to12:00pm )
- Flexible schedule M-Th, 4 hours between 8am and 4pm. Friday 8am-12pm
- Perform minor facility repairs, including painting and drywall repair
- Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including filter changes and unit maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete basic plumbing tasks such as cleaning P traps and changing fixtures
- Replace light sockets and light fixtures as needed
- Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of building interiors
Maintenance-HVAC Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
- Ability to remove and install appliances
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
