Plant Nursery/Greenhouse Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Work with plant cuttings, planting, trimming, and maintaining nursery stock.
- Pull and prepare plant orders for shipment and customer pickup.
- Organize and track inventory throughout the nursery.
- Assist with watering, cleaning, and general nursery upkeep.
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor work environment.
Plant Nursery/Greenhouse Labor Qualifications:
- Previous nursery, landscaping, farming, greenhouse, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions in a team environment.
- No high school diploma required; must be authorized to work in the US.
