Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Read and interpret BOMs, mechanical drawings, work instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand-held, DC, and torque tools (impact sockets, power drills, mallets, screw drivers)
- Verify parts before assembly and completed components against specifications using measuring tools.
- Meet quality standards and takt-time targets; document discrepancies as needed.
- Report part shortages, defects, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior experience using common assembly tools and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to stand for up to a 10-hour shift and lift 25-50 lbs. frequently without assistance.
- Must have ability to perform basic math, complete paperwork accurately, follow instructions, work independently, and support a team environment.
- Must be able to read, interpret and comprehend standard Bill of Materials (BOM), standard work instructions and policies and procedures.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
