production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 01:00pm to09:30pm )
- This position is ideal for a strong leader with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is dedicated to coaching and supporting team members.
- Support the Production Supervisor in all aspects of shift operations.
- Direct work activities to facilitate smooth and efficient shift start-ups.
- Monitor production processing procedures and work methods to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of assigned production schedules.
production Lead Qualifications:
- Proven strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- A current resume is required for consideration.
- Previous experience in a Team Lead or similar management role.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
