1st Shift Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor wire/metal production machines to meet daily output goals
- Load materials, adjust settings, and keep machines running efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety guidelines
- Record production data and report any equipment or quality issues
1st Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Must be dependable with strong attendance and attention to detail
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
