Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
**Job Description – Technician I**Responsible for assisting with the assembly, maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial and oilfield equipment in a shop environment. Duties include using hand and power tools, performing equipment preparation and testing, supporting senior technicians with repairs, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Position requires following safety procedures, handling materials and components, and supporting daily shop operations to ensure equipment is ready for field use.
Technician l Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical, assembly, or oilfield equipment experience is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions in a shop environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely around equipment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
