We are currently hiring Fiberglass Production Associates. Openings are available across multiple departments including fiberglass, prefab, coating, finishing, and machine operation.

Fiberglass Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all departments in our fiberglass manufacturing facility.
This is a great opportunity to get started in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment with room to grow and develop new skills.
Job Areas Include:
- Machine operation
- Material handling and staging
- Product assembly and installation prep
- Final finish and quality control
- Resin/chop application processes
- General production support and cross-training
Schedules based on departments, and may include one of the following shifts:
- Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Fiberglass Production Qualifications:
- Assist in various production processes including fiberglass, prefab, coating, and assembly
- Prepare materials by trimming, sanding, cleaning, masking, or finishing surfaces
- Load and unload parts onto production lines or workstations
- Handle raw materials and finished products, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Read blueprints and use tape measures (for certain positions)
- Perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations
- Work in areas that may involve high heat and direct contact with fiberglass materials
- Be open to cross-training and rotate between departments as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
