Experienced Concrete Builder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 38.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with structural concrete work and a strong understanding of safety, quality standards, and blueprint interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct, set, and align formwork systems for large foundation walls, including gang forms, panel forms, and custom systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications Install rebar and reinforcement systems according to engineering requirements
- Place, pour, and vibrate concrete to ensure proper consolidation and structural integrity
- Strip forms and perform finishing tasks as required
- Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and wall thickness tolerance
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as laser levels, vibrators, power tools, and heavy equipment
Experienced Concrete Builder Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on large foundation walls
- Proven experience with commercial or large residential foundation projects
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, rebar placement, and concrete placement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Understanding of concrete curing, finishing, and structural integrity principles
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in demanding outdoor environments
- Familiarity with safety regulations and job-site best practices
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
