Commercial Electrician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Run and bend conduit, including EMT, rigid, and PVC Pull wire and install cable trays
- Install electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, receptacles, switches, and controls
- Perform job layout and planning for electrical installations
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and local building codes
- Safely operate lifts, power tools, testing equipment, and other jobsite machinery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Mentor apprentices and support the development of less-experienced electricians as needed
Commercial Electrician Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
- Experience with ground-up/new construction commercial projects required
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
