CNC Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Hands-on machining role comes with the added responsibility of supporting production flow, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to the second shift team.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC vertical milling machines. Perform tooling changes, offset adjustments, and positional corrections.
- Serve as a point person for second shift machinists.* Communicate daily production goals set by supervisory leadership.* Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Provide daily touchpoints and coaching to support performance.* Help make real-time operational decisions to keep production moving.
CNC Team Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (milling preferred).* Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
- Experience with tooling, offsets, and high speed machining.* Ability to accurately use measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, optical equipment)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
