Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform routine building maintenance and general repairs
- Repair structural damage including doors, windows, and walls
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and damaged fixtures
- Perform electrical maintenance including replacing light bulbs, outlets, and repairing circuit breaker panels
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure proper operation
- Inspect and repair heating and plumbing systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future repairs
- Identify and correct potential safety hazards Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep as needed
- Maintain outdoor areas and landscaping when required
- Inspect fire and alarm systems and coordinate repairs when necessary
- Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience in general building maintenance Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
