Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
13.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Assemble small components and cable assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the Assembly, Heavy Duty, or Controls Tooling departments.
- Operate presses and other light-duty production equipment while following quality and safety standards.
- Inspect parts for quality assurance and make accurate decisions to accept or reject products based on specifications.
Assembly Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate using simple sentences and instructions.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to work with money, weights, measurements, and distances.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to use common sense problem-solving skills and make decisions in standardized production situations involving quality and inspection processes.
- Previous assembly experience required
