Finishing Department Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.55 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Inspect, sand, polish, or grind finished parts to meet quality standards
- Operate hand tools and basic finishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform visual and basic measurement checks to ensure product quality
- Package, label, and move completed parts for shipping or next process
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
Finishing Department Associate Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or finishing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
