Member service Sales Rep NEEDED! This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, opening new accounts, resolving member inquiries, and promoting credit union products to help members achieve their financial goals.

Member Service Sales Rep. Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Provide outstanding member service by greeting members and addressing their financial needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier's checks, and other teller functions.
- Open and maintain checking, savings, certificates, and other deposit accounts.
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services, including loans, credit cards, online banking, direct deposit, and other financial solutions.
- Educate members on digital banking tools, mobile banking, and electronic services.
- Support branch operations and participate in community outreach or promotional events as needed
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals
Member Service Sales Rep. Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, retail sales, banking, or credit union experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Sales or cross-selling experience is highly desirable.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn banking systems and financial products.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
