Packaging & Shipping Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Learn to read and interpret packing lists, shipping instructions, and product specifications
- Prepare and package products to ensure safe, secure, and efficient transportation nationwide
- Organize workflow and plan packaging processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste Inspect finished packages for quality and shipment readiness
- Communicate updates and production notes clearly and accurately to team members
- Operate independently while collaborating with production and shipping teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Packaging & Shipping Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to read a tape measure required
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move, and package materials safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions while demonstrating initiative
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
