Material Handler ALL SHIFTS Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

2 years experience operating a stand up forklift

Ability to stand for 8 hours shift

Bend, lift, twist and move 15-25 lbs

Reliable attendance habits

Wear gown, hair net and long pants and comply with GMP’s

Ask candidate if they are comfortable working in a food production facility where nuts are present.

If candidate is uncomfortable with this requirement, reject the candidate

Disqualify if:-If not willing to comply with strict dress code for food production environment (no fake eyelashes, no jewelry, no nail polish, no fake nails).

Must wear hairnet, beard nets and other PPE.

-If unable to communicate in English for safety reasons

-Not comfortable standing in one spot for a long period of time

-unable to work mandatory Saturdays

-unable to report up to 1 hour prior to normal shift start time on first day for mandatory training-unable to provide resume

Follow all GMP regulations

NOTES:-

-no sleeveless clothes-safe treaded and closed toes shoes

-Hair restraints and smocks will be provided and worn properly

-no facial piercings allowed

Rehires: Ask if candidate has worked for Candy Co before. If the candidate discloses they have worked at Candy Co, ask when and why they left, and mark candidate as review as all rehires must be reviewed.

Disqualify if:-Unable to work Saturdays when required for Overtime

-Unable to read and speak in English for safety reasons

-Unable to stand for 8 hour shift

-Unable to lift at least 25 lbs
