General Maintenance Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- • Cleaning and turning apartments between tenants
- • General maintenance repairs inside housing units
- • Fixing broken items within homes
- • Basic painting, patching, and touch-up work
- • Groundskeeping and property cleanup
- • Moving maintenance supplies and materials
- • Assisting Maintenance Manager with work orders
General Maintenance Helper Qualifications:
- Handyman-type experience Preferred
- Maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial background a plus
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Dependable Attendance
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
