OCV Machine Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate and monitor a range of essential machinery including Mori Seiki and Fanuc Robo Drill CNC machines, parts washers, honing machines, and deburr machines.
- Learn, understand, and diligently apply proper sequence and standard work procedures for all machining processes to ensure the production of good parts.
- Perform thorough quality inspections of final products, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Proactively communicate with the Machining Team Leader regarding any need for tool changes or machine adjustments to maintain optimal part quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including re-stocking supplies as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all company Environmental and Safety Commitments.
- Demonstrate consistent good attendance and punctuality, along with the ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
OCV Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, including micrometers and calipers.
- Experience or strong capability in quality inspection processes.
- Fundamental understanding or experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Experience operating deburr machines.
- Excellent eye/hand coordination.
- Knowledge of the metric system.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
