Manufacturing Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.75 to $ 19.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Operate and monitor advanced production equipment safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot mechanical/process issues and perform minor adjustments or repairs
- Ensure adherence to all food safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Train and mentor junior operators and new hires
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve production challenges
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- 2nd and 3rd shifts available
Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing or food production experience (preferred)
- knowledge of production equipment and processes
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and mathematic skills
- Ability to lead, train, and support team members to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs repetitively
- Reliable transportation to White City as the bus does not run during these shifts
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
