We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled  Production Maintenance Associate to join our team.

Production Maintenance Associate Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $19.75 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)
  • Execute troubleshooting and repair of production machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance orders on various machinery and equipment.
  • Lead and participate in special Kaizen projects with limited supervision, focusing on process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Manage and optimize spare parts inventory, striving to improve stock levels and availability.
  • Possess the authority to halt shipment or production immediately when necessary to address and correct quality problems.
  • Evaluate current production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement at the production lines.
  • Conduct training sessions for production associates on new processes or changes to existing procedures.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for management and other departments

Production Maintenance Associate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
  • Strong understanding of pneumatics, mechanical systems, and assembly processes.
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (CAD/CADD) software. 
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
