Press Operator and Shop Worker Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )

- Operate press machinery efficiently and safely, adhering to all job specifications and production schedules.
- Perform a variety of general shop and warehouse tasks, including material handling and organization, as needed.
- Accurately read and interpret highly detailed job orders and technical instructions to ensure product quality.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate closely with team members to maintain workflow and achieve production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
Press Operator and Shop Worker Qualifications:
- Basic computer literacy for general navigation and simple data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in accurately reading a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow complex written instructions.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration and understanding directions.
- Must not be colorblind, as color-sensitive tasks are integral to the role.
- **Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Press Machine Operator.
- Experience within the printing industry or a related production environment.
- Familiarity with basic maintenance of light machinery.
- Experience with Graphic Design software.*
- Knowledge of various materials (e.g., paper, wood, plastics, coatings).
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
