Forklift Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
21.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
•Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
•Verify picked orders against packing orders to ensure correctness before shipment.
•Efficiently work within ERP system and procedures
•Safely load trucks with outgoing shipments, securing the freight to prevent damage during transport.
•Ensure all required shipping documentation is completed and accompanies the shipment.
•Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the warehouse and dock area.
•Organize and store materials appropriately within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
•Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
•Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment
.•Fill in within the inbound receiving department as needed, assisting with unloading trucks and receiving materials in.
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
• 3 years + of experience operating forklift within a warehouse environment
• Experience of working within ERP systems
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Ability to work under minimal to no supervision
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals across all levels of the organization
• Must be able to read and write English
• Ability to work occasional Overtime as needed
