Event Support Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 /hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Saturday through Saturday from 05:30am to 06:00pm)

Event Usher : 5am - 5pm

- Assist attendees in finding the seating section that corresponds to the color of their wristband

- Count those within specified area during pre-determined times

- Pass out lunches : Checking in our attendees and giving them the appropriate color wristband to match their ticket type, help to create organization of heavy traffic flow areas, sign up people for future workshops.

Merch Table / Resource Center : 9am - 6pm

- Assist attendees in signing up for classes through our "Merch Tables" located throughout the facility on electronic tablet devices (provided by LIFE SURGE)

- Will assist attendees in checking in for the event or helping to find their seat based on which type of ticket purchased (wristband given at Check In will help to show).

- Customer service skills a must, as well as being able to navigate basic apps on electronic devices (provided by LIFE SURGE).
