Mechanical Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.80 to $ 30.30 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Provide immediate mechanical support to operators, addressing minor maintenance issues to consistently achieve standard operating efficiency and minimize safety, quality, and downtime risks.
- Effectively demonstrate the operation of and test equipment, analyzing malfunctions to accurately diagnose and correct problems.
- Utilize intermediate troubleshooting skills to independently resolve routine mechanical and system issues without requiring additional support.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the maintenance of at least two specialized areas: printing, bindery, or packaging machinery.
- Conduct comprehensive equipment rebuilds to restore functionality and extend the lifespan of machinery.* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs, calibrations, tests, and standard setting processes.
Mechanical Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting and basic operation.
- Strong understanding and practical application of pneumatics.
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
