General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.25 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00am to03:30pm )
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Execute pre-pour and post-pour inspections of precast concrete panels, verifying dimensions and visual appearance against specifications.
- Conduct concrete strength testing and accurately record and report all findings.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain high-quality standards.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Capable of repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, working at heights, and standing/walking on uneven surfaces.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout the entire shift.
- Able to work in an outside environment that is very humid during summer months.
- Expect exposure to varying conditions including heat, dust, and all types of weather
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
