Maintenance Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions, identifying mechanical, electrical, PLC, and hydraulic issues.
- Repair equipment and restore machines to proper operating condition.
- Perform basic electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic system issues.
- Read and interpret machine drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Identify potential equipment failures and complete corrective maintenance before breakdowns occur.
- Set up, adjust, and prepare production machines, including robotic equipment, for operation.
- Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or machine repair.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a manufacturing environment, and successfully pass pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
