Accounts Receivable/Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Enter invoices, verify billing information, and maintain organized financial records
- Reconcile accounts and assist with resolving payment discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts as needed
- Support daily office operations by assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
Accounts Receivable/Payable Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general office experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and able to learn accounting software quickly
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate financial records
- Professional communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
