Production Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am)
- Perform production welding on structural steel and fabricated metal products
- Utilize MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core welding processes to meet production requirements
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and weld specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Safely operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
Production Welder Qualifications:
- Previous MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong safety awareness
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
