Material Handler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
• Use voice picking device to pick orders & RF scanner to pack orders | follow customer provided specifications per order.
• Prints carton labels using the available tools in accordance with customer instructions
• Works with other Team Members to stock finished goods in proper locations as required
• Releases, cancels, assigns, and un-assigns orders in warehouse software (High-Jump) as needed
• Change order pick priority based on order size, ship method and customer requirements
• Communicates shipping information to carriers, forwarders, and third-parties as dictated by order comments
• Processes shipments on Manifest System with limited supervision
Material Handler Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand shipping instructions
• General knowledge of LTL shipping terminology and processes
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand/walk throughout shift
