Bilingual Machine Op Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Participate in training for additional machines and departments
Bilingual Machine Op Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Previous machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instruction and learn new processes
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Team-oriented and willing to cross-train in multiple areas
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
