Property Maintenance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00am )
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
Property Maintenance Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance, property maintenance, or general maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry
- Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues independently
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
