Repair Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
24.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00am to07:00pm )
This is an entry level position with on-the-job training. Mechanical skills are appreciated but are not necessary to hire. Repairs consist of welding (stick), DC motor wiring, and basic mechanic skills. Also, in part of being a service technician, you would help customers who are purchasing new tools.
Responsibilities:
- Repair various machines/tools (ie. sewer cameras, drain machines, jetters and other products)
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Assist customer checking in equipment for repair and provide assistance with parts/accessories
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Repair Technician Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Work in a fast-paced-customer-centric environment
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Drug Free
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
