Assembly Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Assemble components precisely according to blueprints, specifications, and standard operating procedures using various hand tools, power tools, and light machinery.
- Conduct thorough visual quality checks on die cast parts, meticulously identifying and documenting any imperfections, defects, or deviations from established work instructions.
- Accurately complete all necessary production and quality control paperwork, maintaining detailed and organized records of inspection findings, output, and process adjustments.
- Ensure all assembled products consistently meet established quality standards and production targets.
- Operate and maintain assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.*
Assembly Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assembly processes and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to accurately interpret and follow blueprints, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail for meticulous quality inspections and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 25-50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching during the shift.
