Die Cast Inspector Details:

• $17.40 to $17.85 /hour

• Conduct visual quality checks on die cast parts, identifying and documenting any imperfections or deviations from established standard work instructions and product specifications.
• Perform precise gauge checks and measurements using various inspection tools to verify dimensional accuracy and ensure parts meet all required tolerances.
• Efficiently operate and manage the shot blast machine, ensuring parts are properly processed and cleaned according to production requirements.
• Accurately complete all necessary production and quality control paperwork, maintaining detailed and organized records of inspection findings, production output, and process adjustments.
• Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment around multiple die cast machines by strictly adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols, policies, and quality standards, contributing to a secure and compliant workplace.
• Frequently move about in and around machinery and between production lines throughout the shift.
• Consistently position self to run and maintain die cast machinery, involving repetitive motions such as stooping, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequently lift and move materials or parts weighing up to 50 lbs. during the shift.
