Production Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 to $ 17.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Shift & Pay Options: 1st shift ($16.50/hr), 2nd shift ($17.00/hr), and 3rd shift ($17.50/hr), all Monday–Friday with 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours/week); overtime may be required.
- Primary Duties: Sort, stack, load, and unload reusable plastic containers on a fast-paced production line while maintaining strong attendance and flexibility across positions.
- Physical Demands: Frequent heavy lifting (50–60 lbs), carrying loads, repetitive bending/stooping, and standing for full shifts in humid, sometimes wet conditions.
- Work Environment & Requirements: High-heat/humidity environment, strict food safety dress code (no jewelry, nails, etc.), and required PPE (hair/beard nets).
Production Labor Qualifications:
- Lift 50–60 lbs and handle repetitive physical work
- Work in hot, humid conditions
- Reliable transportation to Greenfield, IN
- Strong attendance and flexibility
- Follow safety dress code and communicate in English
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
