We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Sorter to join our recycling center team. This role involves working on a conveyor line to help ensure that only recyclable materials continue through the process by removing non-recyclable items.

Sorter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
13.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Stand at an assigned position along a conveyor belt
- Sort through materials and remove non-recyclable items (such as plastic bags, food waste, diapers, etc.)
- Identify and separate items that do not meet recycling guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with clean up at the end of each shift
Sorter Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must wear steel-toed boots at all times
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
