Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 19.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughFriday )
- We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious production operators to join our manufacturing team
- Operate and monitor machinery
- In this role, you will be responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing materials
- Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of products and equipment within the facility
- Support production and skilled trade teams with various duties as assigned
- This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets
- Execute daily and weekly operator Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on assigned machines and equipment
Production Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven experience with Hoist and Crane
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
