MIG WELDER Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and weld symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for welding
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
MIG WELDER Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Aluminum welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
