Assembler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 19.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious assembler to join our manufacturing team
- In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of engines and various sub-assemblies, performing critical machining operations, and conducting thorough pressure checks
- This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets
- Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards
- Conduct pressure checks on assembled components to ensure functional integrity
- Actively collaborate within a team performance cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality (Right First Time & BIS/ELF), delivery, downtime reduction, Work-In-Progress (WIP) management, and managed expenses
- Demonstrate operating flexibility and willingness to accept any work functionality assigned within the unit, adapting to evolving production needs
Assembler Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
- Adaptability to changing work assignments and production demands
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
